Engage Liverpool is the city council backed resident-led organisation that co-ordinates and connects the 25,000 city centre and waterfront residents of Liverpool with each other, the city council and other stakeholders.

Not only is the unique, UK-first Engage website the engine of the entire organisation, it also delivers heavy duty social-CMS services to the population at large, with every city centre and waterfront development being able to have its own easy-to-use, customisable secure area, for use of residents associations (or to help people form one), as well as providing services such residency verification and online events booking.

The system also provides the city council and other stakeholders with means of instantly communicating with the city residents in a targeted and two-way manner, being able to send messages to people based on area of the city, development, building facilities and more.
